Ok...so I suppose it's obvious that I am not an active blogger - (what?! ha ha ha) - in fact, due to the shift in market traffic more towards Facebook and other social media, I have been making all my highlight and event postings on the JC3 Facebook page and have basically let my poor Blog gather dust.  Well ENOUGH OF THAT!

I've been lucky enough to photograph many cute kids lately, so I just HAD to post a few here. Consider this a "Welcome back to the fold" Blog post. And guess what else?  I'm booking up now for fall sessions--so give me a call to get on my schedule.  Who knows, you may be the next person to grace my "Newly active" Blog!

Happy Summer all...keep smiling and capture it all...

Print Sizes....Always go bigger than you think for Wall Prints!

I had to share this image posted by a fellow Photographer. Clients who order online, vs. coming into view images and order with me in person constantly have this challenge.  Think an 8x10 is big enough for your wall?  Think again--look at the image here to see my point.   Wall Prints almost always need to be bigger than you think to have the desired impact.  *Another rule of thumb--Go a print size bigger than what you are thinking for each extra person in the photo....if you are getting a print of a family photo with 4+ people, their faces will look too small to really see if the print size is too small.

Make Way for Seniors...cont : Kayleigh

This beautiful Blue-eyed Senior visited me at my home studio yesterday...she has such a nice natural smile--it was almost hard to get a shot with her NOT smiling--but I think her personality shines both ways.  Here are a few of my favorites from our session.  To view more highlights of Kayleigh--check out the JC3 Facebook page!  Happy Fall everyone....

Another Gorgeous Senior : Garrett

Another gorgeous senior!  Garrett is such a gentleman, and add in the fact that he is an athlete (captain of the track team) and speaks French...this guy is going places. Here are a few favorites from our session.  To see more highlights--visit us on Facebook!  JC3 Facebook

More Seniors!!!

A raven haired beauty to mix things up a bit! In honor of the first day of the school year, I had to upload a few highlights from my Senior session from Monday...Leanne's smile is so consistent, it was hard to take a bad photo of her! I got her laughing in the end with my goofiness though--enjoy this Sneak peek!                                         To see a few more from our session, check out the JC3 Facebook Page
